Website design is something I am interested in doing on a part time basis.  My love of alpaca breeding is my full time work. 

I built this business site from scratch and am very proud of it.  I would love to work with you to design and build your own website.  I feel the following attributes will be an asset.

I will build you a beautiful site.  You can give as much or as little input as you like.  It is your site.  You will own it.

BUILDING AND DESIGN FEE:
Choice #1 $300 for a five (5) page website.
Choice #2 $600 for a ten (10) page website.  
50% down, the balance upon completion.

CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY:
Prior to work starting set up an account with www.Godaddy.com.

Purchase the (economy) Website Tonight package for five (5) pages $50 or the (deluxe) for ten (10) pages $100.  Fee includes hosting. 

Purchase and set up your domain name with them.  Example would be Fernriveralpacas.  Paid direct to www.Godaddy.com. 

Turn over your username, password and pin to me for building purposes.

Discuss your visions and dreams for your site with me.
Make yourself reasonably available to give input and approve uploaded copy as we build.    

Beyond Ten (10) pages and you would have to buy the (unlimited) package from (11) to (999) pages.   It will run approximately $150 and the same per year to host.  If the latter choice is yours my rates for pages over ten (10) will be $75 dollars per page.   

As stated these plans include your hosting which means www.Godaddy.com will be the engine you need for your site to be on the world wide web reliably.  Renew annually.

When we are done you will have two (2) options. 

1) You can be the administrator and maintain your very own website via Godaddy's secure server.  Something that should be easy for you to learn. 

2) You can choose to have me to maintain your site by performing your updates on a (monthly) basis for $45 per hour.  Minimum one (1) hour.  Which in reality should be plenty of time for me to make a number of reasonable changes to keep your site up to date and fresh.    

Longer periods of time will be discussed with the customer prior to work taking place.  You may choose to hold some data back until the next month or approve the additional fee to insert it.  I understand we all have a budget.

I am very easy to work with.  Again this is not my main business.  Alpaca breeding and running a working ranch is.

DISCLAIMER:  I am not a (code) website builder.  In-depth multi level sites requiring this type of behind the scenes mechanics is not somehting I can do or want to do.
